Hi Randy, I was initially asking for the Manual Approve right after the ProcessRequest.
As you indicate, we have added the Ticket ID in the Approve Form, and in this view we want to identify it directly, without the need to enter into the request. The requesters can be prompted to include the field in the description, but that way they cannot be forced to fill it in, but by property we can.
Also in the ‘Work Items’ tab it would be useful to be able to see these properties configured in the approval form.
In the attached screen shot, you can see an example of an approval property that I setup where the approver has to provide a SNOW ticket number. Is this what you are wanting as well? Please give us more information if you can. Thank you!
