The primary need for this is for audit/compliance type reporting.
For deployments that target any environment that requires any type of approval (manual and/or External Approval process), we need to report that information.
Using the current REST API functionality (getEnvironmentsInApplication), we can only retrieve the ID of the external approval process from the environment. We would like for either the human readable name to be returned OR a separate API call to get the External Approval Process human readable name based on the externalApprovalProcess returned by getEnvironmentsInApplication.
We are beginning to roll out External Approval Processes on several applications and this will become more important as more applications use the External Approval processes.
