Configurable deployment reports

Reports about deployments, useful in that they sum up all deployments for an application-environment-components, fall short in terms of the information displayed.

Likewise, in its CSV export, the exported data are basically those shown on the screen.

It would be very interesting to be able to customize the columns of the report, to be able to select, if I wish, fields of the properties of the processes. Even fields of the approval processes, the Approver, the Role it had. Including the property fields that we have been able to select.

    Hi, as I imagine it, in the ‘Deployment Detail’ reports, I would like to be able to select in the ‘Customize Display’ other data from the properties of the deployments, for example:

    • The component -- this is not in the properties

    • The version -- this is not in the properties

    • The approver -- approval/[application,environment,component]/ApproverDisplayName or ApproverName -- if available

    • The custom properties of the application processes, e.g. ticket.associated in case we use external approvals.

    For custom properties of the application processes, and for example other environment properties, perhaps we can have a text box to type the field, and for displays that have it, show them in the column, otherwise blank column.

    Could you provide some more specifics about what fields you would want in the report?

    Our development team would like to know. Some of the fields are one to many and don't lend themselves to being readable in a report. This would also not perform very well.
