Make Locks table usable for all

The locks table does not load for users if they lack certain read permissions. Being able to identify what's holding a lock is a useful function that should be more accessible to all. Instead of nothing loading, it would be better if at least a subset of locks were displayed, where permissions allow.

Thank you for your IDEA. After thourough discussion it was decided to close this ticket.

Opening/relaxing the security settings will lead to issues, so it was decided to fix the issue with error messages but not to open the permissions.

Do you mean the groups/teams and roles/permissions? Could you describe what is behind those settings? Please could you present screenshots of the settings (groups, teams, roles, permissions, settings on artifacts and the error)

Say for example there are 100 active locks, and a user does not have read permission to a component associated with one of these locks. The entire locks table would fail to load for that user, nothing would be displayed, only an error. This limits the usefulness of the locks table to admins with full permissions only. A degree of visibility should be available for more users.

Examples of errors that prevent locks table loading:

An error has occurred. User 'test' does not have read permission to a Environment: DEV

An error has occurred. User 'test' does not have read permission to a Component: Project2

Could you please give us more information (scenario, use case) where this happens. Thank You
