System Settings+Logging+Network changes need proper permission control (view and edit) and audit logging of all changes

For actions performed in #system/settings an expected Event Type entry in #system/auditLog is missing.

Similarly changes to #system/Logging and #system/Network are missing #system/auditLog entries.

Granular permissions control are required for each setting in these tabs such as view en edit.

related RFEs are;
RFE Read Only access to the Settings tab (85850) would be a subset of requirements of this RFE.
RFE Refine security so that users can access diagnostic logs (78665 )

    Due to the age of this RFE and as the product has evolved over the last years this RFE will be closed.

    Please check with latest versions of IBM UrbanCode Deploy and open a new RFE/IDEA if needed.

    With UCD 7.1.0.1 audit logging for system changes were delivered

    Logging and Network changes not implemented yet

    Part of the permisssion settings is implemented on a tab level, fine granulare settings not planned
