This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Platform products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Need to discuss the priority of this idea with the team. This will be a significant change to support. We can meet to discuss hopefully soon. Thank you...
Met with team on 02-07-2024 and I am providing answers for team to this idea.
We have some follow-up questions around this enhancement that we would like your input on.
1) Does requiring multiple roles work as an 'and' or an 'or'? We assumed 'or' but are not sure. (It is an 'or' for this use case)
2) We do not think we should do anything around removing visibility, we do not currently have permissions on application processes to control their visibility independent from the application. Is this ok with you? (we would like you to test this - if someone is in role a and someone in role a and b. if process is set to role b only, the second user will be only one to see the process we believe). use of checkboxes to select multiple roles would be nice.
Please provide your response to the questions above and we can continue to progress this enhancement.
Thank you for this idea. We are creating an internal discussion topic to review this with our development team. We will review this once more on an upcoming meeting with you as well.
