    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, or the idea has aged or has been implemented, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.     If it helps to understand why the “multiple teams” is a real issue for us, the reason we need this is because as the build goes through the UCD deployment pipeline to get to Production it has to get a few approvals first and those approvals are based on specific AD groups. There are basically three different AD groups that have to approve the release before it gets approved. We were hoping to use UCV for this.
