UCD Settings - Mainframe Pipeline Admin - Server Configuration - possibility to set different settings in Manage Security, like viewing the settings set. Now you are able to change them ALL!

We as Pipeline Admins as well as our Security department is interested in limiting the risk of people having to many privileges in UrbanCode Deploy.

Today you see this if you toggle the Manage security setting on/off:
Manage Security - gives you the right to Change general security settings including roles, authentication and group memberships.

Add a new choice to 'View Security', probably the easiest way to accomplish what we want.
Another would be to show different possible settings when you toggle 'Manage security' On/off.

If we were able to view the above settings it would be sufficient for us, in order to have a look at the settings and if any is missing/wrong
order a change from the Urbancode Deploy Server responsible team.
