The agents table in UCD 7 does not shrink to fit a screen

The agents table in UCD 7 does not shrink to fit the screen when the browser window size is changed. This can cause the actions menu to become unavailable. Scrolling left/right and up/down can help but even with an expanded screen it can be difficult, especially if a larger font is needed. Also, the table shifts when the line with selections for "View By" "Bulk Actions" , etc. is displayed.
I have provided 2 snapshots.

1. Show the table with the selections for "View By" etc. and the actions menu is not available.
2. Is the bottom of the same screen. You can see that the columns have shifted and that the actions menu is not available.

This can of course be changed by customizing the display but perhaps it could be improved.

It would also help if there wasn't so much white space in the tables so the tables are more compact - this is for all tables, not just the agent.

Also, moving the actions menu to the left side of the screen would help and is more intuitive to me.

    I just noticed that the table listing components has this same behavior. The applications table is better. The tags column seems to always be too wide.

    It can be very tough to scroll around so you can see the actions for an item that is at the top of the table. You have to go to the bottom of the screen to scroll so the actions selection is available. Then scroll to get to the top of the table for the item you want to work on. Then you may not be able to see the item name so you have to count which row you need.
