This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Platform products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

A Blog/Article/Technote/Whitepaper will be created (in the next few weeks) to describe how to compare permission differences between roles.
Also, IBM suggested that support is provided only for official knowledge center documents. This is just a helpful document outside of support for the clients if they need.
I do remember running this script from the link and it did not work well for the custom object types (Prod environment, Dev environment or agents etc.) It works very well for the standard object types only.
Having a quick permission comparison on the UI similar to environment inventory comparison would be better in this case. Running a custom script outside on the permission model which is the core part of the system is not a good solution.
Please have a look at this article which describes how to create a list of permissions and which role has it active.
