Allow Agent Groovy management via UCD UI

Following the successful implementation of java management via the UCD UI, it would be good to also allow groovy to be upgraded via the UI for agents.

We have recently found issues for groovy-3.0.10 compatibility with java 17, which means we can't currently uplift the agents java version to 17.

We have identified a gap in our QA testing for this. We have recommended/instructed to the QA team to enhance their groovy update testing scenarios in their test plans.

In our last call on August 28, 2024 call, we agreed to close this idea.
