Use case/actions trying to be carried out.
User have "Add team member" enabled for a role, They are able to list/add/remove members via UI without any issue.
The same feature doesn't work with REST API/CLI for the same privilege, This feature is required when user have to manage multiple users in the team and automate the tasks.
User trying to achieve below in automated way
The team have to do quarterly review of team members and send the report to Engineering lead.
Remove the movers/leavers from team.
Report on current role members within Teams.
Add new members into team.
Validate the privileged role users regularly.

Impact
User takes good amount of time to check the details from UI.
Monitoring multiple users from UI makes the job tedious.
