The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive a notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

I am the tool admin and it always takes me more than 2-3 minutes to load the work items tab. Based on few recent cases we opened we learnt that even admins from the system team have to be in a specific role for a particular team to approve/reject deployments after the approvals show up in this tab. In this case, it should not take this long considering that admins are not a part of any application teams in UCD and the approvals required should be none.
BUT, It looks like there have been a lot of code changes around this part of the tool. As there can be a lot of stuck deployment approvals etc. from the past of the UCD system history if an admin adds himself to all the application teams hundreds of such entries can appear from the DB in this tab. I generally avoid loading this page from my end but I have worked with few teams who only are part of one or two UCD app teams and I noticed this page is very slow. The slowness for this particular tab cannot be defined easily. I would say the resource tree has improved a lot from the past but this work items tab needs a lot more performance improvement. Thanks.

Could you provide a metric like with 1000 entries it took xx seconds.
