RSART- build project with multiple active transforms enables

Does code sync on multiple unrelated projects in workspace before
compiling the single project you told it to build.

Turn on view 'Progress View' and you can see the names of the unrelated
classes that are being code synced.

Suspect that if you have project p,q,r,s,t,u that are transforms of
model m, if you build p, it code syncs p,q,r,s,t,u (all other cdt
projects linked to the same UML model project your project is linked
too)

Development has gotten back to me with the following on this issue:

"System works as designed.
Please create an Enhancement Request(ER) for this issue and update the
escalation?"

Would you be willing to create another RFE on developworks for this
issue?

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion.

    This idea is either outdated or has been implemented in one of the versions. Please check with latest version (V 12.0 at the time of writing)

    The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.     We plan to add a "Synchronize" command in the Build Active TC button menu. This will allow users to lock the button to a particular project and then just press the button to synchronize the active TC in that project.
    This is very related to RFE 33525.
