RSART- can't multiselect, run uml->c++ transform in Project Explorer

multi-select action is very common paradigm for Eclipse, e.g. build/clean/open/close. think the transform s/be here to. currently seems to only run one/first of selected .tcs (from Model/transformations) when you right click run uml->C++ transform.

people frequently forget to update all flavors of their .tcs. this would save a step in keeping things maintained.

if you go to Model/Transformation Configurations you can multiselect, build all, confirm, and it UML->C++ all selected, then do a CDT build of the results. Similar to what is desired but not the same thing.

Given the capability in one area, it should be capable in the other area as well.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion.

This idea is either outdated or has been implemented in one of the versions. Please check with latest version (V 12.0 at the time of writing)

The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Application Platform
Product - Software Architect Real Time Edition

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Software Architect Real Time Edition

IBM told us: But a proposal from development is to consider solving this workflow by instead introducing a checkbox in the "Build transformations" dialog which allows to use the regular Build command, but skip everything after code generation. Benefits: Supports multi-selection, captures printout in the UML Development console, works also from context menu of TC shown under the Transformation Configurations virtual folder.

    This sounds good to us.

I tested and it seems the problem here is that the context menu command Transform - Run UML to RealTime C++ is enabled when multiple TCs are selected, but still the command only runs on one of the selected TCs. It should run on all selected TCs.
