RSART- Go to Source Model Elements should do something when outside a USR block

it currently does nothing.
if there is any USR block in file it should pick one (nearest, next,
whatever) and go there.

Mattias has the following comment:
The command does something - it navigates in the Project Explorer to the
nearest capsule. Of course this depends on the context of the code, but
could it be that the user didn't notice this? Note that if that element
was already selected in the Project Explorer then there is nothing more
to do for the command, so it then does nothing.

Jeff's reply:
That is possible. I did not look into it in detail before IBM advised
me to just submit them all. I will follow up tomorrow.

The problem is in some files
like
typedefs that have no usr blocks. Also it sometimes does nothing the
first
time you try, but works on subsequent attempts.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion.

This idea is either outdated or has been implemented in one of the versions. Please check with latest version (V 12.0 at the time of writing)

The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Application Platform
Product - Software Architect Real Time Edition

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Software Architect Real Time Edition

Status from Jim Burke indicates this will be part of 8.5.1 CP2.

I am not sure what we do to sometimes see it not work the first time, nor have I seen that since 8.5.1 CP1. It just sometimes did absolutely nothing, and re-trying worked fine. I think it is fine to just concentrate on the typedef portion that you could reproduce. If the intermittent issue pops up again I will open a separate RFE.

We have reproduced that the command does not work for navigating from typedefs. So we will look at fixing that. However, we could not reproduce that the command sometimes only works the second time it is performed. Please provide more details about that fault in a PMR if you can reproduce it.
