Prevent Application Redistribution

This is what the client company is requesting. I'm using WebSphere's application binary configuration. Redistribution occurs when changing application options. We want to control or eliminate this.

Currently the MQ RAR packaged with WAS 8.5.5.X is too old to support com.ibm.mq.cfg.jmqi.useMQCSPauthentication. This means that for anyone who is unable to move to WAS 9 any MQ connection is required to use far less secure passwords.
