As currently announced by IBM Websphere Express(8.5.5.x)/Base(9.0.5.x) are supported at least until 2030 and there is no EOS announced after 2030.
But there is an announcement for EOS of java 8 for IBM i on at April 2025:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/java-sdk-lifecycle-dates
So for migrating our applications running in websphere traditional we need also time to do so. But currently we are not able to run our websphere profiles with java 11 altough java 11 is available on IBM i v7r4.
So we need the support of java 11 on Websphere tradidtional. In the best case for was 8.5.5.x and was 9.0.5.x

Our focus for traditional WebSphere is on ensuring stability for customers' applications. Adding Java 11 support will introduce significant migration efforts for customers who don't wish to change their existing apps. For Java 11 support, our recommendation is to move to Liberty, which is a modern, lightweight runtime, ideal for existing and new workloads in VMs, containers and the cloud. Given this direction, we are declining this request. If you would like to discuss this decision further, please contact Graham Charters <charters@uk.ibm.com>.
