Deployment Manager Console Log Format and Customization

We are attempting to add real time monitoring to audit and security logs in our WebSphere environments for WebSphere Application Deployment Manager Console/Integrated Solution Console. The tool that our organization is using can not read/monitor the systemout logs in their current format. The real time monitoring tools require that all information related to 1 event be available in a single entry. Currently, security events(logins, change of permissions levels, etc) are spread out over multiple lines. Some events span more than a page.

The information we are looking for is event type, timestamp, protocol, login id, service or program used for access, result, and source IP.

    It is unfortunate that it's not under IBM's consideration and this RFE got cancelled. Given the current situations and incidents of un-planned intrusion real time monitoring logs where access is capture has become a priority. Companies with business solutions considered under regulator (Industry/Government - SOC1/SOX) scrutiny are now expected to implement some sort of real time monitoring. Is there some IBM third party tool that could be leverage to close this product gap? i.e IBM QRadar?

    Thank you for the suggestion. The requirement does have merit, but looking at it with respect to our total backlog of requests we do not see sufficient interest in this enhancement to merit delivery any time in the foreseeable future. Given the unlikelihood that we would deliver this, we are declining the request rather than leaving it in an uncommitted state for an extended period of time.
