Loading data source for @DataSourceDefinition from application in Liberty

Most Java EE servers support loading the data source that's used with @DataSourceDefiniton or the data-source tag from the application archive. WAS Liberty however does not support this. I'd like to propose to add support for this.

Mime type WOFF isn't supported on Liberty
