REST API to manage the permission entitlements

Hi Team,

We are looking for a REST API which can help us to manage the permissions entitlements in UrbanCode with respect to roles.
Where we provide input as YAML file for example as listed below and that helps us to replicate the permissions for the respective role.

    Our development team can implement this, however, they have some concern why you are changing the permissions so much. Can you please provide more detail around why this is needed? This will help us. Thank you.

    After our discussion on 7/31/2024, it sounds like you would like to have a CLI for this as opposed to a REST call which does exist. We can take this back to our development team. Since the priority is Medium for you, we would like to confirm if you would like to see this implemented over other Ideas or not in an upcoming meeting. We will leave this in 'Under review' state until then. Thank you.

    Hi team,
    I am unable to save the idea after edit but I wanted to amend the RFE with priority change to Medium.
    And also we want this to manage the permissions in source control.
