This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Platform products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

For this idea, we reviewed the email with more details around this request which includes:
Exporting Draft Processes (URBANCODE-I-657)
We need the ability to export draft processes for review. While a UI export (JSON / YAML) would be a good start, our preference is to access draft processes via the "Process-as-Code" (PAC) format, as this is significantly better suited for our code review workflow.
Logging at Approvals
Once we implement these reviews in DevOps Deploy, we need to enable the required approval before promotions in DevOps Deploy. However, we noticed that currently the change log only records the name of the approver in this mode. For audit purposes, it is a strict requirement that we also capture the name of the person who made the change (the requester of the approval). Having both persons in separate columns would be perfect.
For this idea, we are only considering the "1. Exporting Draft Processes". For the "2. Logging at Approvals", did you guys submit a separate Idea for this already? If so, please share this information with us if you can. We are trying to find it. Thank you!
I am moving this to 'under review' and our development team will be exploring this in our next discussion topic review. Thanks for the notes above in your reply as this helps us having more details.
Thank you for submitting this excellent idea. Our roadmap is currently occupied and this is on our future list of work items. Thank you!
