Allow "EXTREPO.REPOSITORY" in the properties file to be dynamic (using parameters)

We are working on pipeline build (using github, jenkins, jfrog, dbb, and UCD) and having an issue using the properties file that is needed in UCD n ijfrog artifactory.

In Artifactory , zip file is currently uploaded to: https://jfrog.internal.com/artifactory/snapshot-local/com/1.0.0.11.zip

Expected zip file upload path is: https://jfrog.internal.com/artifactory/snapshot-local/com/mainframe-services-template/1.0.0.11.zip

Sample requested Configuration:

propertyFile in UCD Agent

# Common external repository inputs

EXTREPO.REPOSITORY_TYPE=Artifactory

EXTREPO.URL= https://jfrog.internal.com/artifactory

EXTREPO.REPOSITORY=snapshot-local/com

Parameters for ucdbuztool:

component: mainframe-services-template

versionName: 1.0.0.11

Essentially, the properties file currently is hardcoded to one repo, but we will be migrating many applications and don't want them all in the place. So we need to be able to use parameters when calling buztool, to put them in separate repositories and then let UCD know where they are.

    We have delivered this feature in 7.3.1 version. The external repository properties can now be passed as arguments to buztool command.
