Clean up of old Docker images

When upgrading the version of Velocity the binary always includes downloading the latest Docker images as well. Clean up of the older versions introduces difficulty as sometime the versions don't align. E.g. version 2.5.2 of Velocity is using RabbitMQ version 3.8.9 and RCL Web Client version 2.2.0. If this clean up can happen during installation where old Docker images get cleaned up it would simplify things.

Thank You for adding a new Idea to Urbancode Velocity.

To clarify the decision why this has not been acceptes is the following:

Using the Docker-Compose setup is for Trial/Evaluation purposes only, and you can always run a "docker system prune -a" to cleanup the local docker registry and storages (run it when the new version of UCV is up and running).

For automatic removing Container Images from a K8s/OpenShift cluster would require much more RBAC rights than needed for installing UCV on them. Also the cluster admins should have their policies and automations which cleans up.

Thank You again for your input!
