Add inherit from parent option to base of resource tree and json export

On a resource template, at the parent level, there currently is no inherit from parent checkbox provided. Thus, migrating from UCD v6 to v7 has broken all inherit from parent checkboxes of the children under the parent. The default is false, thus, when upgrading from v6 to v7, the inherit from parent in all the children was false.

Furthermore, when exporing the json in v7 and updating the inherit from parent checkbox in the json file, the inherit from parent setting - "inheritTeam": [true or false] - does not apply properly. Thus, you cannot export the application template, update the inheritTeam setting in the json of the parent or children, and import the json to have it update the inheritTeam option in the application template.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
