Pause and play feature with the deployment plan

There should be pause and play feature with the deployment plan. For Example there is a release going on and we need to pause the release so that we can deploy some of the task next day.
Also, once the plan or task is paused for certain amount of time, it shouldn't be included in actual duration; actual duration should be "elapsed time" and total duration should be what currently the actual time is.

So if one task is completed and we haven't started the next task in the deployment plan this duration should also not be added in actual duration. it should be included in total duration.
