Outbound Interface Binding Support for Web Server Plug-in (OutboundIP) on transportlevel

The Outbound Interface Binding Support for Web Server Plug-in feature makes it possible to bind the outgoing traffic from Webserver plugin to a specific IP address. It would be great if this feature could be used at transport level. This would make it possible to use different source IP addresses for communications to different servers/server cluster destinations. Using different source addresses for different destinations would help keeping communications more unique for different applications running on different application servers served in the webserver reverse proxy i.e with different virtual hosts. Making communications more unique would be a great benefit from a security point of view since communications could be handled more restrictive.
