Add WAS z/OS support up to Db2 z/OS v13 FL50x for the sibDDLGenerator.sh script

The full details and background, etc., can be found in the Support Case TS017121234

The DDL produced by the WAS z/OS sibDDLGenerator.sh script is no longer valid; this manifested itself during our testing with Db2 v12 z/OS at FL504. Furthermore, the script itself has not been updated in many years; and does not support beyond Db2 z/OS v10.1. (2011)

Support should be added right up to the most current version of Db2 z/OS - which I understand is Db2 z/OS v13 at FL505.

WAS z/OS documentation should be updated to reflect all of this.
