Override stale connection mapping/detection in Liberty

WebSphere Application Server traditional provides 2 different ways to override SQL exception mappings which are used to identify when a connection is stale and should be removed from the connection pool.
1) data source custom property for user defined error map override based on SQLState and error code
2) DataStoreHelper override for exception mapping

This is useful when using a database/jdbc driver that the application server does not have built-in knowledge of, as well as when using a database/jdbc driver that the application server is familiar with but does not know of all the error codes for. The user is able to fill in new mapping (and even remove mappings) so that stale connections can be properly identified and kept out of the connection pool.

Liberty does not currently have this capability. A data source property needs to be added to let users override the stale connection mappings.
