Monitor JMS Pool (Liberty)

We use MQ/JMS in bindings mode for all our business critical applications

Today Liberty provide monitor api with monitor 1.0 and mpmetrics that covers most areas with one exception JMS - that dont provide any api for monitoring.

The ConnectionPoolStats MXBean (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEQTP_liberty/com.ibm.websphere.javadoc.liberty.doc/com.ibm.websphere.appserver.api.connectionpool_1.0-javadoc/com/ibm/websphere/connectionpool/monitor/ConnectionPoolStatsMXBean.html) works for JDBC and JMS connections (it works for any JCA connection). So I think the only thing in your list that we're missing is "TotalConnections". Would you agree?

I will investigate to see if we can add TotalConnections.
