Flush the Conection Manager SubjectCache at runtime

My organization has requirements to be able to rotate passwords for WAS DataSources on a timely basis and an increase frequency with out impact to performance and availability.

We are looking at a Vendor's solution which would require setting a jvm custom property, usingCMSubjectCache to false to allow us not have to bounce the jvms upon a password change. Turning off the cache came with to high of a performance cost during our testing.

We would like a mechanism (via scripting) to be able to flush the CMSubjectCache on demand so as we could change the password and then flush the cache and not have to bounce our jvms. this would allow us to automate the whole process.

The ConnectionManager already has code to detect when the Auth Alias credentials have changed and ensure new connections are established with the new credentials.
