Create more than 1 zip file while processing with the Discovery Tool

The Discovery Tool on TA/AMA may take days to run, depending on the number of applications in a WebSphere Cell.  The resulting zip file may be too large to upload and process by the taserver pd/container thus resulting in an error, most likely an OOM.  If after a certain number of applications a zip file was created with the current processed and then create a second and third, etc, the files could be uploaded more easily to TA/AMA.  Right now customers have to split the zip themselves or increase the memory size of the taserver to process the files.
