RTAS Installation for RHEL

Rational Test Automation Server installation type has been changed from physical machine ways to containerized type and we have only two types as of now

1. Openshift Containerized
2. Ubuntu K3S

We are currently looking for RHEL K3S type of installation since our VM provisioning is all on K3S

    After further review, it has been decided that RHEL K3S support will not be provided, however RTAS will be made available to deploy in Azure.

    A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
