Add an option to the xmi importer to force creation of BaseProfile and UML Primitive Types

When importing an XMI file that represents a profile which does not contain a stereotype that makes use of the possibilities offered by the "ProfileBase" profile, "ProfileBase" isn't added to the list of its applies profiles.

Similarly, when importing an XMI file that represents a profile in which no use is made of UML Primitive Types, the UML Primitive Types package import relationship is not created for the imported profile.

The references to both UML Primitive Types and ProfileBase are systematically created on newly created profiles, and their absence on imported profiles forces the user to create them manually every time he needs to make use of the possibilities they imply.

It would therefore be a very useful addition to the product to add, in theXMI importer, an option to force the generation of such references on imported profiles.
