[wi 83776] Change state of an asset from one state to another in RAM using REST API which RAM doesn't currently supports

Request : We would like you to raise an RFE for the functionality which is not currently supported by RAM using REST API.

Problem - We are currently using RAM 7.5.1 and REST API and have set the workflow in RAM server as Submitted->Review->Approved and added a condition to review the asset for more than one person to approve. We are unable to change state of an asset from one state to another in RAM using REST API.

As we couldn't able to find any solution, we raised a PMR on 8th Feb 2013(PMR 70112,999,744). The final update which we received on 8th March 2013 from your end stated that the REST API does not provide this capability and has not been explored from your end.

Could you please consider this feature in your next enhancement and let us know when we can expect a new release with this feature.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Application Platform
    Product - Asset Manager

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Portfolio, product & project management
    Product - Asset Manager

This RFE's Headline was changed after submission to reflect the headline of an internal request we were already considering, but will now track here.

Thank you for the request. We'll consider this in a future release of RAM. At this point there is no committed date.
This will also be tracked via jazz.net enhancement 83776 --> https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/83776.
