Ability to reset connection manager wait_time metric exposed via Mbean

In z/OS Connect EE (WebSphere Liberty), the connection manager wait_time metric exposed via MBeans is does not reset after a wait condition has been resolved. As a result, when a high wait time (e.g. ~10 seconds) is recorded due to a transient issue, the same value continues to be reported indefinitely, even after the underlying problem has been fixed.
This behaviour limits the usefulness of the metric for operational monitoring and alerting. Monitoring tools such as OMEGAMON JVM simply report the value provided by Liberty, meaning alerts based on wait time thresholds cannot reliably reflect current system conditions.
