Logs rollover in IBM WebSphere Liberty should provide an option use compress the rolled over logs

The rollover of log files without retention through archiving causes difficulty in troubleshooting past failed events. The messages.log file is automatically getting rollover and creating file with timestamp format like messages_25.07.05_01.53.47.0.log once it reaches its maxFileSize attribute limit. Currently we are maintaining only 5 files. When we run bulk jobs, logs are filling up fast and old ones are getting deleted and these files are not sufficient to trouble shoot any issue. So, we are trying to rollover the messages logfile in zip format in order to maintain more files and avoid space issues.
