Allow to configure a limit of versions and components to be selected in an application deployment process

We have a deployment process that shares information between steps. To share the information between steps we are using application variables and that way of working brokes when multiple component versions are selected in an application deployment execution. If any user selects differents components that will cause several issues in the productive infrastructure, such as Load Modules deployed to wrong PDSs, with unexpected results.

Right now, multiple components are elegible by default. We think that a configuration that allows a limit of the number components selectable in a single application deployment process will be the fastest sollution to our situation. That configuration can also be useful in other scenarios.
