Include attachments in the send email step.

I would like to have a process that generates a report (perhaps a .csv) and sends it to my team.  If the send email step could include attachments located on the agent's file system, the process would be simple to create.  My team frequently generates lists or reports manually and sends them to auditors, managers, or other teams.  If this idea were implemented, we could automate a lot of that work.

    Our plugin team says we already support sending an attachment in this plugin. So we would like to understand from you what is lacking already that needs to be supported.
