Detailed logging of draft process approvals

There is a requirement at our company that every code change must be peer reviewed (four-eyes-principle). This applies not just for application code, but also for pipeline code. To achieve this compliance within DevOps Deploy, we need to to enable the required approval before promotion of process drafts. However, we noticed that currently the change log only records the name of the approver in this mode. For audit purposes, it is a strict requirement that we also capture the name of the person who made the change (the requester of the approval). Having both persons in separate columns would be perfect.

Since these are hard requirements from our IT Security department, we would appreciate if these features could be prioritized.
Without them, we would be forced to build a complex external automation workaround, which would be inefficient and difficult to maintain.
