Rational® ClearTeam Explorer™ for Eclipse plug-in not working in Eclipse Photon

The ClearTeam Explorer plugin in Eclipse Photon is installable, but not working. Missing ClearTeam Navigator. Unable starting a View, unable to open any ClearCase Element. We need the plugin with the expected behaviour as found in IBM Rational® ClearTeam Explorer™ 9.0.1.03.

    A better title would be "Add support for Eclipse Photon (4.8)." As this released on June 28th, it is not entirely surprising that some aspects failed.
