Hello,
we use the windows client. Our requirements specify some features (APIs) that are not available in the other clients especially the web-client. So we are used to use the windows native client. I know the logoff function are available in the web-client but our requirements prevents us to use the web-client.
This request lacks sufficient information for us to evaluate it. It might not be considered further until it has been revised and clarified.
Do you use the ClearQuest for Windows client or the ClearQuest (Eclipse) RCP Client? or both?
What about User Administration Tool? Designer?
ClearQuest Web already has this capability and you indicated that you're unable to use it at this time. You may wish to revisit with Support how to address limitations you encountered previously in the CQ Web client.
