    Standard web applications can use virtual hosts in Liberty but feature WABs such as microprofile openapi can not. The requests should be made using the default host name.

    "Total Execution" should show status of cancelling instead of cancelled

    When a deployment with multi long running steps are executing and the user hits cancel on a subsequent step, the "Total Execution" shows the status of canceled which is not correct since there are child steps of a step still running.
