Liberty JSR-352: Liberty Batch needs to provide support for running workloads at different Service Classes

Today under WCG we can run workload under different Service Classes as defined in our WLM policy within the Batch Container. It would appear that under Liberty Profile and JSR-352 all work will run under the Service Class of the Server address space.

Allow customizations on the Admin Center pages

For Liberty allowing the addition of some text on the screens would allow to differentiate the Admin Centers so makes are not made. This would be similar to tWAS changing the console identity.
