Rational ClearQuest windows client Auto Logoff

There should be a configurable auto logoff of the application itself. The only thing that are available up to now is a timeout to the database. This an easy click its possible to reconnect to the database.

Allow the atria location broker service to be configured to run as a group managed service account during installation on windows. This can be done by allowing a blank password during installation.

Utility to reconstruct view group list for Windows

In cases where view storage permissions are damaged, the only resolution is to remove and recreate the views. This is not necessarily helpful in cases where large numbers of views need to be processed.
