    There should be a configurable auto logoff of the application itself. The only thing that are available up to now is a timeout to the database. This an easy click its possible to reconnect to the database.

    Remove Submit button for non-authorized users

    In the current scenario, even if a user who doesn't have submit privileges is able to see the "Submit" button. This is causes confusion and isn't a good user experience. Button should be visible only if the user has the rights to do so.

    As a user, I would like to create a hyperlink in the custom field "IP Usage" that would take me directly to the IPCO Standard Use restriction page so that I don't have to navigate away from the current page for the same link.
