Ability to avoid dead-end of clearcase stop script

When a user has open session for view and VOB, the 'clearcase stop' script creates a dead-end situation where reboot is required. It is preferred that 'clearcase stop' fails to stop ClearCase service if MVFS cannot be unloaded.

Rational ClearQuest windows client Auto Logoff

There should be a configurable auto logoff of the application itself. The only thing that are available up to now is a timeout to the database. This an easy click its possible to reconnect to the database.
