Need to have Comments / Details show as Tool Tip in Version Tree view

End User request message:

In Clearcase V7 I would frequently use the version tree to analyse a vob element including see its branching and check in history. In CTE i can still see the version branching but it is difficult to see the version details / comments. I understand that i could see the history of a element using the Show History window on that element but it is difficult to visualize the branches in that view, especially when the element has lots of branches / history. I also understand that I could right-click and see Quick details of versions in the version tree but that requires more clicks and is slower that it used to be.

It seems like it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to have the quick details info as a tool tip in the version tree like it used to be.
