It is not possible to configure the default RIT-AGENT/RTVS server for starting stubs in a specific RTCP domain

We have situation which we have 1 RTCP server with 2 configured RTVS RIT-Agents. We would like to configure a certain (or multiple) RTCP domain(s) to always start stubs in on a specific RIT-Agent RTVS server by default.
