Insights metrics for builds should link to the (Jenkins) pipeline

Currently when looking at insights metrics for builds, there is no direct link to the Jenkins pipeline. The direct link is there for deployments, we would like it to also be there for builds.

Option to override details on the jenkins deployment event sent automatically to UCV

Velocity picks up all the data that is used for metrics automatically. Such as application, environment, date, etc. There are a few fields that we would like to see changed. An example of this is description. An overwrite option would be ideal.
